Report Writer is an easy to use, fast and flexible tool for creating your own analysis reports. The main advantage is the ease at which reports can be designed and run.
The engine behind the report writer is accessing data directly, rather than through an interpreting database, and the result is unrivalled speed of report extraction. Reports can be grouped visually and allocated passwords. Reports will be generated in background mode allowing you to continue other tasks whilst the report is processing. By hovering the mouse over any figure contained within a report, the user will be able to drill down through the report to see the transactions that made up the figure contained in the report.
In addition to this an output tab for Excel allows report output to be saved directly into an Excel spreadsheet.
