Firstly, what is CMS?

2. Content management
Once a page has been created, it is saved into a central repository in the CMS. This stores all the content of the site, along with the other supporting details. This allows you to:
- Fully version-track pages, images, files etc. as well as recording who changed what and when.
- Ensure that each user can only change the section of the site they are responsible for.
3. Publishing
Once the final content is in the repository, it can then be published out to either your website or intranet, again requiring suitable user permissions. The ProspectSoft Content Management System also boasts powerful publishing engines, which allow the appearance and page layout of the site to be applied automatically and consistently during publishing.
4. Integrate Seamlessly with ProspectSoft CRM
Perhaps most importantly, Prospectsoft CMS optionally integrates seamlessly with Prospectsoft CRM. This allows you to quickly integrate your website with data and processes in your CRM system, enabling you to offer much more dynamic content on your website.
