The first of our 2011 Workshops focussed on the Business Processes around back office systems which enable us to work more efficiently and stay ahead of our competition. At this event, we shared our experiences and that of our Software Partners on:
- How to manage Business Processes and the flow of data across the entire business.
- Workflow and why we need to ‘manage it’ and how we can share information easily between colleagues and departments.
- How we could improve the Sales process, sharing sales data between departments to minimise duplication and improve communication.
These workshops are FREE to all attendees.
